Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

Whether you’ve been in therapy before or you’re thinking of starting for the first time, you might feel overwhelmed or anxious. Give yourself credit for starting the process, it takes courage.

In our work together, you’ll know that I’ll always be right there with you. I’ll be actively engaged and listening. All you have to do is be present and open.

What I love most is seeing my clients thrive as a result of our work together.

By making links between your past and the present, you can remove invisible barriers that keep you from fulfilling your true potential. So join me in letting me know who you are and where you want to go, and I will help take you there.

Helping clients from all cultural backgrounds

I’ve always loved travel and learning about other cultures.

Having lived in different parts of the world has positively impacted and expanded my viewpoint. I deeply value getting to know people who are different from me. I’m comfortable with the discomfort of naming issues of race and identity and bringing those into the therapy room.

A few words about my professional training & background.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both Massachusetts and New York with over 25 years of experience. I am Certified as an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. I am also Certified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.

I have been providing telehealth for over 15 years. I work with clients from California to New York to Australia and many places in between, so I’m very familiar with how to provide excellent online care wherever you need it.

Beyond my practice, I am Certified by New York University as a Clinical Social Work Supervisor. I supervise masters students and clinicians in private practice. I have been given a Certificate from the September 11th Fund for my extensive work in New York City after the September 11th Bombing. I have received advanced training as a Grief and Substance Abuse Counselor.
